We often deliver standard cases within a few working days — counted from the day on which the site plan and soil survey are fully available. More complex cases (hybrid systems where infiltration conditions are poor) take correspondingly longer. Turnaround also depends on the flow of information: if, during planning, we need further details to check the feasibility of a solution — additional soil data, say, or a statement from the authority — we ask for them specifically; the time until they arrive extends the delivery time accordingly. Your processing time is stated bindingly in the quote — before you commission.

Infiltration verifications from €700 net (from €833 incl. VAT) for the concept and from €1,500 net (from €1,785 incl. VAT) for the full design, the plausibility review of an existing verification €600 net (€714 incl. VAT) — each as a fixed price. The price follows the scope of required verifications: the base price covers the standard case under the core code. If your project triggers further requirements — say, a discharge into a watercourse and with it additional verifications — the scope expands, and the fixed price in the quote reflects it. Which codes apply to your property is exactly what the free initial consultation clarifies. Complex constructed wetlands and integrated water concepts fall within the mid to high four-figure range. Promptly after the initial consultation you receive our binding fixed-price quote — or the specific question about what's still needed for it.

The fixed price always refers to the scope described in the quote. If soil investigations show different conditions than assumed, or you decide on a different concept (say, a constructed wetland instead of a natural pool — a different code then applies), we pause and you receive an updated fixed-price quote promptly. Work already delivered is billed as quoted. You never pay anything that wasn't fixed in writing beforehand. This is why we put so much weight on checking feasibility early: the sooner the conditions are clear, the less often the price changes at all. And if the concept turns out not to be feasible: finding that out is exactly what the concept stage is for — you get a reliable answer, signed off under professional responsibility, before you invest in the full design.

No — investigations by accredited laboratories or certified specialists (such as soil analyses or required sampling) are billed by them directly and are not part of the planning fixed price. What our fixed price does cover: identifying precisely which investigations your permit requires — and which it doesn't. On request, we coordinate the whole process: we contact the lab or specialist, manage the investigation, and continue the planning the moment the results arrive. This coordination is agreed separately.
