Will my client find out that we outsource the water planning?
Client communication runs entirely through you: in the white-label model we work in the background, you submit under your name, and we deliver the calculation, plans and draft responses for authority queries to you. The verification itself names the responsible engineer — professional rules require that — but the client relationship remains undivided with your firm.
Who bears responsibility for the sizing?
We do. The hydraulic planning is an insured engineering service — signed off under professional responsibility by Alvaro Burgos Cifuentes, M.Sc., registered member of the Ingenieurkammer-Bau NRW (No. 754661) — signed and stamped with the member's stamp of the Ingenieurkammer-Bau NRW, with professional liability insurance for the planning service. How quickly do I get an assessment of whether a project is critical?
Under the retainer within the contractually committed response time; per project we reply promptly. A brief sizing check by e-mail or phone usually already tells whether a site is a standard case or needs extra effort.
What does the collaboration cost?
Per project: infiltration verifications from €700 (concept) or from €1,500 (full planning), plausibility review €600 — each at a fixed price — offer promptly, or the specific question about what's still needed for it. For regular demand: retainer from €600/month with 4–6 available hours and a contractually committed response time. The fixed price is calculated per applied standard: if your project triggers additional standards or verifications, the scope and thus the price expand — announced before we continue.
Do you also work outside the Niederrhein region?
Our focus is the Niederrhein corridor and NRW as a whole; we also take on projects in the Rhine corridor (Cologne, Düsseldorf, Bonn). Since the collaboration runs largely digitally (documents, calculation, plans), the location of your firm is rarely the limiting factor. Beyond that we work remotely: we define which planning inputs we need, you or your office provide them, we check them for plausibility and plan on that basis — every plan documents its input data including sources.
